What exactly is PeekBox?
PeekBox is a digital blind box: you pick a collection, and it reveals one random character with a full set of matching digital stationery.
What do I actually receive?
Ten digital files per box — print, phone wallpaper, coloring page, letter paper, envelope, label, stickers, weekly planner, icon, and desktop wallpaper — all featuring the character you unboxed.
Can I get the same character twice?
No — each box gives you a character you don't already have from that collection. Once you've collected them all, we surprise you with something extra instead of a repeat.
Can I choose my character, or is it random?
It's random by design — that's the blind box experience. You choose the collection; the character is a surprise.
How is it delivered?
Everything is digital and delivered instantly after checkout — no shipping, no waiting.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Mercado Pago for Latin America, and Stripe or PayPal everywhere else — we pick the right one for you automatically at checkout.
Can I use the files commercially?
Files are for personal use — journaling, wallpapers, printing for yourself. Reselling isn't included.
Do you offer refunds?
Since files are delivered instantly, we don't offer refunds once a box has been opened — but reach out if something went wrong on our end.

PeekBox is drawn, written, and packed by one person — no big studio, no outsourced art. Every sticker sheet and every wallpaper started as a sketch before it became a file you can download.
That's also why new collections take a couple of months: each one is illustrated from scratch, character by character.
